Crossing the Abyss - letting go of ego, thoughts, opinions so to be Born as Christ
“In his writing, Crowley often stated that every magician’s path will be unique, but that two experiences are necessary to all. He called these two experiences “the angel and the abyss”.
- Damien Echols
“So you can evolve to a higher place and see things in a way that represents what is. Because what you see with your senses, is completely inaccurate. It works. It's functional, it helps you survive, helps you navigate, but it is a complete misrepresentation of what it is. You cannot necessarily see with your body. What is but that source level that divine mind can. But again, it's a whole other level of experience that you can really only experienced directly. You can't really think about it. You can't really imagine it because it is above the imagination. It is above realm. It can only be accessed through the idea of letting go of the notion of letting go of your identity of letting go of your belief, of letting go of your narratives, of letting go of your bias, of letting go of your opinions. When you have become empty of all of these things. You go through what is known as ego death and you in a sense cross an abyss, you die before you die. Because when you physically die, your ego crumbles. When you let go of all of those things willingly, then you get to meet the divine now, instead of at the end of your physical life. And when you go through that process willingly now while you're alive, you merge with that fifth level. Does that make sense? That's what we are encouraging people to explore. We're guiding people through this so you can have that experience early so you can truly live heaven on earth.”

Crossing the Abyss
Between the state of consciousness known as enlightenment and the state of consciousness we operate from in our day to day lives lies a chasm. A gulf so huge that in magick we refer to it as the Abyss. Magicians see it as our true destiny and purpose to leap across that Abyss, and magick is the vehicle with which we do it. It isn't easy. It isn't always quick. And sometimes it can become really messy. When we cross the Abyss, we die in mid-flight. Halfway across the Abyss, you will cease to exist. That's because you will either have given up your impurities and the things that have hindered your progress towards divinity - or the gods break our frail hands, and scatter what we foolishly held onto to the four winds. Either way, you will lose your attachments.
Oath of the abyss
Seeing everything I see, everything I experience , everything that happens in my life as a message from God to my soul
Seeing everything in my experience as something that I have manifested, created, attracted
Crossing The Abyss - Tyler Ellison
“Crossing the Abyss or what is sometimes called the dark night of the soul is a powerful process of transformation. It often times involves us not just facing our own darkness, but often times the darkness in the world around us. Things can feel heavy, stagnant, emotional, and time can seem to drag and feel eternal all at once. These sensations represent the death process of the ego, the person we have become up to this point. Like a caterpillar, we have reached the maximum potential of our current form and we must cocoon ourselves and breakdown sometimes almost everything about us. When we finally cross, we are reborn as the divine self, the butterfly, capable of flight, and tasting the sweetest nectars nature has to offer. To get to heaven, we must be willing to walk through hell. Both exist in your mind, and you are interfacing with them all the time. Heaven, your superconscious, Hell your lower conscious. Sometimes they are at war with one another, when we are caught up in the illusion of duality, and sometimes your angels and demons make love, when we accept unity consciousness. The unity consciousness is activated first and foremost through the power of love. Love which radiates from the Tiphereth center, is like the sun, which connects us to all spheres on the tree of life. The whole macocosm and microcosm is activated via the heart center. Love will take us higher. But love also requires sacrifice. We must sacrifce our divisiveness, we must sacrifice that which keeps us from loving one another and ourselves. When we cling to the reasons to create unnecessary division, we create limits on our hearts, on our love. The heart balances the qualities of severity and mercy. Love has an intelligence; true love teaches us to stand up for ourselves without being a tyrant. Love teaches us to be generous and to give, without being a doormat. Each time you cross the abyss, which will happen multiple times throughout your life, it is the love of your Tiphereth center that will allow you to ascend up thorugh the chasm that is the abyss, into the sphere of kether, thus allowing you to merge the mind of sounce, to then be reborn once more on the sphere of malkuth, as a newer more pufired version of your divine self.”
