“I am who I am” or “I am that I am”
Ehye Asher Ehye (Hebrew אֶהְיֶה אֲשֶׁר אֶהְיֶה).
A more accurate translation would be “I am the Existing One” or “I am who I was, I am who I am, I am who I shall be”.
