Crucifixion - Being nailed to the Cross of time/space. Facing the deepest fear & pain with arms spread open and heart bared.
Death - Death of the false, illusory, impure self
Resurrection - As the false dies the Real is (re)born as the Phoenix after the complete death and the pause between breaths.
Ascension - All that remains is God/Christ/Self/Truth/Reality. The Son ascends to sit at the right hand of The Father.
