Overview
The Practicus descends into Water, the element of emotion, feeling, intuition, and the unconscious. This is a grade of emotional purification, deep scrying work, and communion with the Divine Feminine mysteries. Water is mutable, flowing, dissolving — it represents the dissolution stage of alchemy.
Hod is the sphere of Splendor, of Mercury, of intelligence and magic. Here the Practicus learns advanced divination and begins to touch the depths of the psyche.
