In life, we often wonder what we should do, what action to take, and how to proceed… We get lost in complexity and are pulled in many directions by many considerations

What these phrases point to is not just a nice sounding platitude. This is actually The Formula that the human being must follow in order to be living a life that is in tune with the deepest calling of their soul.

The feeling of excitement, joy, fun, bliss is the feeling of living in alignment with our deepest truth. It is this experience and feeling of ecstatic joy that is our homing beacon guiding us back to our true, natural self.

3. With no insistence on any particular outcome - absolutely zero insistence, expectation or assumption on what the outcome ought to be.
4. Remain in a positive state, no matter what manifests. Because whatever happens exists for a reason and is there to help you grow and evolve.
5. Then act on the next most exciting thing that contains the most excitement

“"Excitement" is the energy that occurs when one is in resonance with their own Higher Self. This is a "signal" from your Higher Self (which always honors your free will) to encourage you to act or move in a particular direction. "Excitement" can therefore be used as a "compass heading" to move & act in the direction that your Higher Self hopes you will move - for your highest joy. If you "follow your excitement" consistently, you will end up fulfilling your Life's Purpose.”

1. Of all the available options, ACT on the option that has the highest Excitement, that you can do with Integrity.
2. Act on this option as best as you - to your fullest ability. When you can act no further on this option, then (once again), ACT on the option that then has the highest Excitement, that you can do with Integrity.

Integrity

Acting with integrity means being able to distinguish between what is acting from a place of genuine excitement and from a place of anxiety.

We may think we are acting on excitement, but are actually re-acting in a state of anxiety. For example, we may think it is our highest excitement to take drugs and engage in unethical behaviors because these give us a temporary high. But if one is honest with oneself, they will be able to determine that their actions stem from anxiety, fear, and the urge to escape from something within themselves.

We may also succumb to the reverse of this and misperceive our authentic excitement as anxiety. This happens due to fear-based beliefs and definitions that cause us to define our excitement negatively.

Acting with integrity means that we act in honesty, transparency, and inner alignment.

It means the following of Natural Law - doing no harm and committing no violence against another.

For everything you do returns to you, so to act out of alignment with integrity is to throw a wrench in the gears of the perfectly harmonious gears of the mechanism of synchronicity.

Actions outside of integrity harm others, harm oneself, and are never expressions of authentic excitement, passion, and love.

No Expectation & Perfect Trust

A key part of The Formula is to not have expectation or insistence.

This is because your beliefs and expectations about how things will happen usually only serves to block an unexpected and often better way that the things you desire can come to you.

When you have expectation and insistence you put demands upon existence and this takes you out of a place of prayerfulness, gratitude, trust, and humility that is the creative and receptive state.

When you drop all expectation and trust absolutely whatever happens, you put yourself into a state that is highly creative, highly receptive, and very much in the flow of synchronicity.

What is preventing you from being who you wish to be and doing what you wish to do? What belief is preventing you from acting on your highest joy right now? What are you afraid will happen? How does it serve you not to do what you truly want to do? Why are you afraid to be your truest self and live your authentic life?

What are you afraid will happen if you allow yourself to be yourself? Am I acting out of excitement or anxiety?

“I don’t know what my excitement is. Nothing excites me to do.”

Just take action in this moment on the most appealing thing - doesn’t have to be super exciting. You have to be in a positive state FIRST, before you will be capable of finding things that excite you to follow and explore….

What if I can’t decide between two choices(or more)?

If they all seem to be equally exciting to you, then just take action on whichever one you are most able to. It doesn’t really matter, by following the golden thread of passion it will lead to where you need to go.

What if it is my excitement to engage in unhealthy or immoral behaviors?

Your true excitement will never be something that causes harm to yourself or others. You are mistaking the energy of anxiety for excitement. Ex: If you feel excited to drink alcohol to excess, this is not really excitement - this is anxiety and other negative beliefs and emotions fooling you into thinking that drinking alcohol will bring you happiness (?)

Every moment, do only what you love - or if you are doing something you don’t love, then find a way to love it Be passionate about being passionate

Because of this restrictive conditioning, it is our task to question the assumptions and definitions of our culture and break free.

It's that simple. So when you really understand it as an instruction manual, if you really understand that as a literal description of how existence is structured, how nature works, how your reality is built, all you have to do is follow the instructions. And it will work in your advantage as opposed to your disadvantage because remember, synchronicity can be positive or negative synchronicity never stops. It's not just synchronicity when something you like happens, because if you are operating from a negative energy, you will get negative synchronicity to reinforce the negative experience.
