Abundance is about always having what you need, Not necessarily what you want.
For often what we think we want, is not really what we should be wanting. You always get what you need. And what you want today, you will realize you didn’t need tomorrow.
A part of wisdom is learning to want only what you need.
Know that you are able to do what you need to do when you need to do it.
Know that you will have what you need to have when you need to have it. * *Know that you will know what you need to know when you need to know to * *Know that you will be who you need to be when you need to be it. * *Know that you will be where you need to be when you need to be there. * *Know that you will be with who you need to be with when you need to be with them. * *Know that you will experience what you need to experience when you need to experience it. *
Know that you are infinitely abundant, that you are abundance itself by virtue of your existence.
7 Needs
The Seven Basic Needs are the things you need in life in order to physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually survive in this physical reality.

Air
Oxygen is absolutely essential to our health and wellness. The fact that we can only live a few minutes without it shows that it is the single most important element of our health and well-being.
This also gives us a clue that not only is breathing essential for survival, it is also highly important for thriving and being in a state of vibrant health. Most human beings breathe very shallowly and unconsciously. Therefore the quality of air that they bring into their body is low, and very little Prana or Chi is imbibed. For when we breathe, we do not breathe just physical oxygen molecules, we are bringing in subtle energy that nourishes the entire physical, energetic, and non-physical being.
Breathwork or breath practices are therefore essential if we wish to attain a higher state of health, vitality, and consciousness.
Water
We will die after a few days without water
Sleep
A few days without sleep will result in insanity About 11 days without sleep will result in death.
Food
Most people can go weeks without food, but eventually we need some amount of sustenance to fuel our physiological body.
Some rare people have developed ability to gain nourishment from the prana in the air, from the sun, from Source itself.
Shelter
We need some form of protection for our physical bodies. If you live in a climate that is in the comfortable range, then you may not need any form of physical shelter.
Connection
The feeling and experience of relationship, connection, interaction. Being part of something.
Does not have to be with a human being. Can be with animal, plants, earth, cosmos…..
Creative Expression
Expressing your true, natural self. Being your true self and doing what you came here to do.
Without connection and creative expression, your spirit weakens and sooner or later you will leave this life - through illness, accident, suicide, etc.
