When you look at human beings in the aggregate - there is no other conclusion that one can come to other than to recognize that most are existing in a state of slavery. If you know you are enslaved you have already taken the first step to freedom. Many human beings have not yet taken the first step.

Individuals can come together in free will choice and decide to create an organization. They can work together But it must all be agreed upon freely. There must be no coercion, no violence, no aggression. If someone doesn’t want to contribute financially to the group - then they leave the group - they aren’t thrown in a prison.
People intuitively feel that we need government - the feeling is right, but it is not the State - rather it is an organic, natural working together as a community in total free will choice that we need.

All these arguments show a lack of trust in human nature - that humans can work things out and tend towards the Good, Beautiful, and True when not suppressed by outside forces.

Ultimately it is the deep roots of obedience to authority in the human mind that is the source of it all
It is not ultimately the external apparatus of government, of the state that is the enemy It is the belief and obedience to external authority that exists deep in the human mind. As long as a majority of humanity exists in ego-consciousness, in fear-consciousness, in victim-consciousness.
