- Meditation on the Rose Cross: Heart as blooming rose, spine as luminous cross.
- Dream journaling: The Order often speaks in dreams.
- Service: Bless others silently. Act as if you are already a Knight of the Light.
- Reading the Manifestos (Fama, Confessio, Chymical Wedding): Not as history, but as mythic mirror.
