The Introductory Fable of the Royal Art Opus
At the heart of the Royal Art is a mythic story which encodes the entire message and path in the form of narrative. This fable tells of the original state of Man, narrates the fall, and shares the long path of awakening, liberation, and transformation that leads to the ultimate victory and culmination of the Great Story. That journey, path, and story is vast and …., yet it can be conveyed in the form of an essential parable or fable which touches upon many of the main ideas and experiences. Yet this is just a sketch and a seedform of the full Tale and Path which shall unfold in detail and in full over the course of many talks, writings, books over the course of many years.
The Son of the heavenly Father lives in infinity in perfect peace, freedom, creativity, and love. Yet into that eternity he has a thought and desire of specialness and separation, an insane wish to be himself the Creator of himself and his own dominion. And thus did God’s only Son, his highest angel rebel against his Father and was cast down to the earth and was the crown jewel in his crown buried in matter. Through eons of time and many lives his soul descends deeper and deeper into materiality He therefore forgets his royal origin and falls into the dream of time and space where the entire drama of the Human Story unfolds. …. while this fallen Prince wanders in exile. He wears many faces and plays many roles upon the stage … Yet although he has forgotten his being and inheritance, his Father and Creator has not forgotten him. The Sophianic voice of the Holy Spirit goes with him into the realm of illusion as a whisper and lifeline back home to the Kingdom. Throughout all the realms of illusion the Father ceaselessly calls his Son home and awaits the return of his beloved prodigal Son. He is born into the Wasteland and finds that his people are in slavery and bondage and live under an ancient evil curse. Prophecy awakens longing, and the lore of the Tradition stirs an ancient memory of light. He seeks for truth, goodness, and beauty amongst the sciences and philosophies of his age, yet can find no … In the midst of his darkness a call reaches him within the dream. The Prince follows signs, synchronicities, omens, and clues. These lead him to wisdom found in books and to guides and teachers who point the way.….. sets forth on the ultimate journey. He learns of a spiritual lineage, of the sacred history of his people down through the ages who have wandered and sought to build a covenant with the Creator and who have lost their holy city and temple…. On his long, strange journey he experiences trials and is tested, he passes through initiations, and is shown his true identity. He works to build his temple, seeks the Grail, labours to craft The Stone, and enters the mysteries of the rose and the cross. He takes the holy office of knighthood and takes the vow of the quest to seek the grail. He reads and listens to the mythic epics and learns the bardic tradition of songs and stories and poetry, and therefore learns of the heart and of the epic story…. The hero alone must face and tame the dragon, enter the dark cave and face the shadows of his deepest fears, contend with archons and daemonic forces that arise without and within him. He must enter the forest where it is darkest and there is no path, he must quest and seek for the castle of the Grail. He apprentices with the Wizard and learns the occult secrets of nature, he learns the nature and structure of the stars and the heavens, the arcana of magic and ritual, and learns the laboratory process of alchemy. The false tyrant, the Dark Lord is his constant adversary, and it is from that dark fortress that the blight and sickness spreads its tendrils through the minds of the people and the very land itself. As his path goes further into the unknown and as his understanding deepens he enters more and more into the mysteries of the heart and the path of the disciple. His battle and his journey becomes less about the external world and becomes more a journey within. He has come into contact with the Christ teachings and is devoted to their study and practice. On his journey he makes friends and allies, fellow brothers and sisters on the road. Together they work to share the work, to combat the darkness, to heal the sick….. He experiences baptisms and ……., illuminations and dark nights, the sweetness of ecstatic experiences and the bitter sting of loss…. He seeks Sophia, the beloved, his Holy Guardian Angel and learns to have conversation and courtship with the mirror counterpart of his soul….. At long last, his longing becomes total and is united with the Beloved in a mystical marriage. Through betrayal, sacrifice, death, and descent, his revealed identity becomes perfect love. He rises beyond the power of exile, accepts the Atonement, receives the Crown, and is commissioned to return to heal the Wasteland, establish Sacred Order, restore the Kingdom, and transmit the living inheritance to those who come after him.
