Identifying & Transforming Negative Beliefs

Negative Beliefs and Definitions Create Your Reality-Experience

Negative beliefs aren’t ultimately true and they don’t serve you in being who you prefer to be.

  • Negative
  • False (meaning they aren’t aligned with the nature of existence)
  • Fear-based
  • Limiting

2 ways of identifying your fear-based negative beliefs

  1. What would I have to believe in order to feel this way?
  2. What would happen if I do what I wish? What am I afraid will happen? - this will reveal what your fear is

When you really look at your negative beliefs, you can see how illogical they are.

They aren’t true They are nonsensical

A Simple Process of Identifying & Transforming Negative Beliefs

  • Find out what definitions and beliefs you have about reality. Then rewrite them, reinvent them, and redefine them.Becreative and use your imagination - that's what it is for.”

Method 1: "What would I have to believe in order to feel this?”

  1. Get in touch with the Belief that is causing this fear. Ask yourself: "What would I have to believe, in order to end up being afraid of this right now?"
  2. Once you get in touch with the Belief that is generating this fear, then Acknowledge that this is your current Believe. "Own" it. (You can not change what you do not own.)
  3. Ask yourself: "What Belief would I like to REPLACE this Belief with?"
  4. Once you decide what your new preferred Belief is, accept it. Adopt it. Breath it in. TRUST that this new Belief is now active and functioning in your Being. (You don't need to "get rid of" the old Belief. You only need to replace it with your preferred Belief.)
  5. Get into the Mind-Set of the new Belief. Get into the Emotional-Feeling State of the new Belief. Get into the Body-Language and Actions of the new Belief.

Method 2: “What would happen if I do what I wish?”

What would happen if I do what I wish? What am I afraid will happen?

Ask yourselves these questions and see what answers arise in you.

This will reveal what your fear is.

You may find yourself saying or thinking that: “If I follow my passion I won’t have any money” “If I do what I love, my family and friends will not like me any more” “If I really go for what I want, then I could fail”

All Beliefs Are True

All beliefs are “true” All beliefs are equally valid. (since each belief generates its own self-validating reality). Whatever your belief, the universe will support and validate that belief by attracting the circumstances, situations, opportunities and people into your life that will reinforce that "version" of reality.

What you get out is what you get back

YOU invest your reality with beliefs, definitions, meanings.

Your ACTIONS Always Reveal to you what you Believe to be true

What do you believe is true? How can you distinguish between what you think you believe and what you actually believe?

Your actions always indicate what you actually believe.

Always. Your actions reveal what you are actually believing.

Abundance

“The Ability to do what you need to do when you need to do it.”

No such thing as lack If you lack, it is because you are creating an abundance of lack

Fear

"Fear" is the emotional reaction to believing in a reality (likely outcome) that you strongly do not prefer.

You can use fear to your advantage, by:

  1. Accepting and acknowledging that you are feeling it.
  2. Ask yourself:” What must I be believing to have this fear?"
  3. Once you discover that belief, you can REPLACE it with the opposite belief, at which point the fear quickly dissipates.

Example: “I believe that if I do what I love I will be poor, homeless, and unloved” Is that really true? Or is it just a fear-based belief? Replace that belief with a positive belief ““I believe that if I do what I love I will be abundant, safe, and loved”

Fear-based beliefs are just excuses to not act on your excitement

We are one energy We have one energy Fear and anxiety is just your energy filled through negative, limited beliefs That same energy can be filtered through positive, empowered, expansive beliefs. Beliefs that are in alignment with existence, and with who you are and prefer to be

Negative emotions come from negative beliefs/definitions Fear and anxiety is the message saying that you are holding a belief system that is negative and limiting

When you bring a negative belief/definition to awareness - you can see that it is not true, it is not yours but was given to you from outside When you expose it to light it disappears and transforms You don’t have to “try”

Shadows

That which you repress, deny, or ignore exists in order to teach you about yourself It is energy, your energy, that is waiting to be transformed into love and joy
