“It was when I was in prison learning to draw the tree of life. I was figuring out how to use sacred geometry to do it - that there’s more to it than just drawing circles and lines. That to do it correctly requires a very precise, mathematical procedure involving overlapping perfect circles. All at once I brushed against the intelligence behind mathematics. It makes no sense to most people, but I saw that there was an intelligence behind math that was just as sentient and aware as I was.
