Humanity is addicted to drama, to fighting against their own shadows, to acting out their own trauma. And so they give energy, attention, and reality to the reality they say they do not want. But deep down they actually want to experience that reality, because it strengthens their ego, feeds them on the drama, allows them to feel righteous, etc.

What are you focusing on? How does it feel? Is that what you truly wish to experience? Do you want to feel right? Or do you want to feel a deep alignment with Truth/Source/God?

Another seeks out channeled sources of information and information on the fringes, esoterica - And they feel that they have gone deeper than the others.

Yet it’s all relative, all perspective, All true for the individual experiencing it
